DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, courier schedules, and local conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT (or as shown at checkout)
  • Dhaka suburban 100 BDT (or as shown at checkout)
  • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT (or as shown at checkout)
  • Free delivery may apply for orders above a certain amount — please check our current offers.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and delivery details. Please ensure your phone number is active and reachable.

5. Delivery Process

  • Your order will be handed over to our courier partner once it is confirmed and packed.
  • You will receive an update when your order is out for delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN POLICY

7. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is different from what you ordered
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The product is of significantly poor quality

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Perishable or consumable products

9. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue
  3. Send clear photos of the product showing the problem
  4. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  5. If approved, we will arrange product pickup or ask you to send it back

10. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or as store credit
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

11. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
